Our accommodation is within easy walking distance of downtown Blenheim, Restaurants, Cafe's, the Marlborough Convention Centre and Civic Theatre. Enjoy a relaxed dinner in one of the many fantastic restaurants and bars Blenheim has to offer.
Our 18 units are all ground floor and several are stand-alone units. All of our one bedroom and two bedroom units have very spacious lounge / dining room areas that give you plenty of room to relax. We have a variety of wireless broadband options, including a free (conditions apply) wireless offering good value.
Enjoy a quiet nights sleep in a choice of queen, king or super size beds. We also have convenient off street parking for your vehicle. Park close to your unit and unload your luggage. All units have televisions as well as a selection of SKY Digital channels including Sky Sports 2.
All units have internet access and Free* Wireless Broadband is available from all units (* Conditions apply). Relax at the end of the day in our seasonal swimming pool and BBQ area or work up a sweat in our seasonal on-site gym. We also have a childrens playground with a swing, slide and trampoline.
The vineyards and Marlborough sights are just a short drive away from our centrally located Blenheim accommodation. We would be delighted to arrange a tailored tour or a day trip to see some of our famous wineries, Omaka Aviation Centre and the beautiful Marlborough and Blenheim region.

Saturday 12th May 2012 St Clair Vineyard Half Marathon - The Saint Clair Vineyard Half Marathon takes participants on a 21.1km journey of Marlborough wine, taking you between the rows of Marlborough's vineyards for a unique chance to get up close and personal with Marlborough's famous Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir grapes. For one day a year 25 generous Marlborough landowners grant us access through their properties and give you the opportunity to run, walk and soak up the vistas of Marlborough's Wairau Valley. The 21.1km off-road run or walk captures the very essence of Marlborough: vines for miles, stunning scenery and the golden hues of autumn.
8th-11th November 2012 Hunters Garden Marlborough Hunter‚s Garden Marlborough is the premier ŒTop of the South Island‚ Spring Garden Festival. A celebration of Marlborough‚s stunning landscape, it showcases the very best the region has to offer. Choose from one of carefully selected and magnificent full-day and half-day garden tours on offer, encompassing everything from compact designer gardens in the heart of town to breathtaking country estates. Take the opportunity to brush up on your skills and horticultural knowledge by learning from the best at one of the workshops held during the week. The festival culminates with the Sunday Garden Fête held in the picturesque Seymour Square, with over 200 stall holders offering the very best New Zealand produce. Entrance to the Fête is free so bring the family and enjoy a full day's entertainment.
